Fileja alla ‘nduja a combination of local pasta and excellent products. The fileja is a type of pasta typical of Calabria where it also takes the name of macaroni allo ferretto, the dough is made simply with soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, salt and water.
The ‘nduja, however, is a salami originating in Spilinga, it is a kind of soft salami with a spicy and smoky flavor that is well suited for flavoring sauces but it is also delicious simply spread on a slice of bread!
